分析中药熏蒸疗法对膝关节骨性关节炎患者疼痛、睡眠质量及护理效果的影响

To Analyze the Effects of Chinese Herbal Fumigation Therapy on Pain,Sleep Quality and Nursing Effects of Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:分析中药熏蒸疗法对膝关节骨性关节炎患者疼痛、睡眠质量及护理效果的影响。方法:选取2022年3月至2023年3月福建中医药大学附属宁德市中医院收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者70例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=35)和对照组(n=35),对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组给予中药熏蒸疗法干预。采取视觉模拟评分法(VAS)比较2组患者干预疼痛的变化,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后的睡眠质量,采用骨关节炎指数(WOMAC评分)比较2组患者干预前后的膝关节功能。结果:护理干预后,观察组VAS评分、PSQI评分、WOMAC评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:膝关节骨性关节炎患者给予中药熏蒸疗法,效果显著,在减轻患者疼痛评分的同时可以提高其睡眠质量,有利于促进关节功能恢复。

Objective:To analyze the effects of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy on pain,sleep quality and nursing effect of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Seventy patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Ningde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Fujian University of Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(n=35)and control group(n=35)according to random number table method.The control group was given conventional drug treatment,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy intervention.Visual analog scale(VAS)was used to compare the deterioration of pain between the two groups,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the sleep quality before and after the intervention,and Western Ontario and McMaster Universities(WOMAC)was used to compare the knee function between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:After nursing intervention,VAS score,PSQI score and WOMAC score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy is effective in patients with knee osteoarthritis,which can reduce the pain score of patients and improve their sleep quality,which is conducive to promoting the recovery of joint function.
