观察妊娠期感染对新生儿感染发生率及孕产妇睡眠质量的影响

To Observe the Effects of Infection During Pregnancy on the Incidence of Neonatal Infection and Sleep Quality of Pregnant Women

目的:观察妊娠期感染对新生儿感染发生率及孕产妇睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年5月至2022年5月福建省立医院南院新生儿科收治的妊娠期感染性疾病患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),对照组未用抗菌药物治疗,观察组给予抗菌药物治疗。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,比较2组新生儿感染发生率及血清炎症介质指标。结果:干预后,观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组,观察组新生儿感染发生率显著低于对照组,观察组血清PCT水平、IL-18、IL-6、hs-CRP指标显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:针对妊娠期感染性疾病患者,采用抗菌药物治疗,能够有效降低新生儿感染发生率,改善血清炎症介质指标水平,提高睡眠质量,适合临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the effects of infection during pregnancy on the incidence of neonatal infection and sleep quality of pregnant women.Methods:A total of 100 patients with infectious diseases during pregnancy admitted to the Department of Neonatology,South Hospital of Fujian Provincial Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as research objects,and were divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50)according to random number table method.The control group was not treated with antibiotics,while the observation group was treated with antibiotics.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality before and after intervention,and the incidence of neonatal infection and serum inflammatory response indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the incidence of neonatal infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the serum PCT level,IL-18,IL-6 and hs-CRP indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P s<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with infectious diseases during pregnancy,the use of antibiotics can effectively reduce the incidence of neonatal infection,improve the level of serum inflammatory mediators and improve sleep quality,which is suitable for clinical application.
