心理沟通与睡眠护理在改善肝癌手术患者睡眠质量中的应用

Application of Psychological Communication and Sleep Nursing on Improving Sleep Quality of Patients Undergoing Surgery for Liver Cancer

目的:介绍肝癌手术患者应用心理沟通与睡眠护理的方法,并观察和分析其对改善患者负性情绪(PHQ-9、GAD-7评分)、心理弹性(CD-RISC评分)及睡眠质量(AIS评分)的作用。方法:选取2022年1月至2022年12月福建省龙岩市第二医院肝胆外科接受手术治疗的肝癌患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行心理沟通与睡眠护理。结果:护理后,2组PHQ-9、GAD-7评分均显著降低,且观察组更低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。护理后,2组各维度CD-RISC均显著升高,且观察组更高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。护理后,2组各维度AIS评分均显著降低,且观察组更低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:肝癌手术患者应用心理沟通与睡眠护理,可进一步缓解患者的负性情绪,并提高心理弹性和睡眠质量,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:To introduce the methods of psychological communication and sleep nursing for patients undergoing surgery for liver cancer,and to observe and analyze the effects of psychological communication on improving negative emotion(PHQ-9,GAD-7 score),mental resilience(CD-RISC score)and sleep quality(AIS score).Methods:A total of 90 patients with liver cancer were selected as the study subjects,all of whom received surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022,and were divided into observation group(n=45 cases)and control group(n=45 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received psychological communication and sleep nursing.Results:After intervention,the scores of PHQ-9 and GAD-7 in both groups were significantly decreased,and those in the observation group were lower,and the differences between groups were significant(P s<0.05).After intervention,all dimensions of CD-RISC were significantly increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher,and the difference between groups was significant(P s<0.05).After intervention,AIS scores of all dimensions were significantly decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower,and the difference between groups was significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The application of psychological communication and sleep nursing in patients with liver cancer surgery can further relieve the negative emotions of patients,and improve the psychological resilience and sleep quality,which has high application value.
