延续性护理对2型糖尿病患者自我护理能力与睡眠质量的影响效果研究

Effect of Continuous Nursing on Self-Care Ability and Sleep Quality in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的:分析延续性护理对2型糖尿病患者自我护理能力及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年7月至2023年1月福建中医药大学附属人民医院内分泌代谢病科收治的2型糖尿病患者80例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),对照组患者给予常规临床护理干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合给予延续性护理干预。比较2组患者护理前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白水平,采用自我护理量表比较2组患者护理前后自我护理能力水平,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化。结果:干预后,观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白水平均显著低于对照组,自我护理量表各维度得分显著高于对照组,PSQI评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对2型糖尿病患者开展延续性护理有助于提高其自我护理能力,改善其睡眠质量,调节其血糖水平,具有较好的推广应用潜力。

Objective:To analyze the effects of continuous nursing on self-care ability and sleep quality in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism in the Affiliated People′s Hospital of Fujian University of Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to random number table method.Patients in the control group were given routine clinical nursing intervention.Observation group was given continuous nursing intervention on the basis of control group.Fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin levels were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Self-care scale was used to compare the level of self-care ability between the two groups before and after nursing,and Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes in sleep quality between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,self-care scale scores were significantly higher than those in control group,and PSQI scores were significantly lower than those in control group,with statistical significance between the two groups(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing for patients with type 2 diabetes can improve their self-care ability,improve their sleep quality,regulate their blood sugar level,and has a good potential for popularization and application.
