快速康复外科护理对膝关节半月板损伤行关节镜微创手术患者术后NRS评分及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Fast Track Surgery Nursing on Postoperative NRS Score and Sleep Quality in Patients Undergoing Minimally Invasive Arthroscopic Surgery for Knee Meniscus Injury

目的:分析快速康复外科(FTS)护理对膝关节半月板损伤行关节镜微创手术患者术后NRS评分及睡眠质量的影响。方法:择取2021年1月至2022年6月福建省厦门大学附属第一医院日间手术中心病房收治的膝关节半月板损伤患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施FTS护理。比较2组的护理指标差异情况,包括NRS评分、PSQI评分、膝关节活动度恢复速度、术后并发症。结果:1)术后12 h、24 h、48 h,观察组NRS评分均明显低于对照组(均P<0.05);2)术后12 h、24 h、48 h,观察组PSQI评分均明显低于对照组(均P<0.05);3)观察组膝关节活动度恢复速度明显快于对照组(P<0.05);4)观察组并发症发生率为1.67%,低于对照组的11.67%(P<0.05)。结论:对膝关节半月板损伤患者而言,FTS护理利于减轻术后疼痛感,提高睡眠质量,值得大力推广。

Objective:To analyze the effects of fast track surgery(FTS)nursing on postoperative NRS score and sleep quality in patients undergoing minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery for knee meniscus injuries.Methods:A total of 120 patients with knee meniscus injury who visited our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into control group(60 cases,conventional nursing)and experimental group(60 cases,FTS nursing)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received FTS nursing.The nursing indexes of the two groups were compared.NRS score,PSQI score,recovery rate of knee range of motion,postoperative complications were included.Results:1)At 12,24,and 48 hours after surgery,the NRS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).2)At 12,24,and 48 hours after surgery,the PSQI scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P s<0.05).3)The recovery rate of knee range of motion in the observation group was significantly faster than that in the control group(P<0.05).4)The incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.67%,lower than 11.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with knee meniscus injury,FTS nursing can reduce postoperative pain and improve sleep quality,which is worth promoting vigorously.
