参与式饮食护理干预改善胃癌根治术后患者营养指标、睡眠质量的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Participatory Diet Nursing Intervention on Improving Nutrition Index and Sleep Quality of Patients with Gastric Cancer after Radical Surgery

摘要 目的:参与式饮食护理对胃癌手术患者的营养和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年9月至2022年9月福建省厦门大学附属第一医院普外科胃癌根治术治疗患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组以常规护理为基础联合参与式饮食护理,比较组间营养指标、睡眠质量、饮食依从性、生命质量、并发症率。结果:护理后,2组患者营养指标比较,观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,2组患者PSQI评分比较,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,饮食依从性比较,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,QLQ-C30评分比较,观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05);并发症率比较,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对胃癌根治术治疗患者实施参与式饮食护理干预,可以对患者的机体营养状态进行积极地改进,从而树立起良好的饮食习惯,提高患者的睡眠和生命质量,降低术后并发症率,推广意义深远。 Objective:To study the effects of participatory diet nursing on nutrition and sleep quality of patients undergoing gastric cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 80 patients treated with radical gastrectomy in our hospital(2021.9-2022.9)were randomly divided into two groups,the control group received routine nursing,the observation group combined with participatory diet nursing based on routine nursing,and the nutritional indexes,sleep quality,dietary compliance,quality of life and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the nutritional indicators of the two groups of patients were compared,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After nursing,the PSQI scores of the two groups of patients were compared,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the dietary compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the QLQ-C30 scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of participatory diet nursing intervention for patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer can actively improve the nutritional status of patients,thus establishing good eating habits,improving the sleep and quality of life of patients,and reducing the rate of postoperative complications.
