分析基于活动性疼痛评估的个体化护理干预对结肠癌伴糖尿病患者术后睡眠质量的影响

To Analyze the Effect of Individualized Nursing Intervention Based on Active Pain Assessmenton Postoperative Sleep Quality in Patients with Colon Cancer and Diabetes

目的:分析基于活动性疼痛评估的个体化护理干预对结肠癌伴糖尿病患者术后睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年9月至2022年9月福建省福州市第一医院收治的结肠癌伴糖尿病患者92例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=46)和对照组(n=46)。采用休斯顿疼痛情况调查表(HPOI)评价2组患者疼痛控制效果,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,并比较2组患者肠道通气时间、下床自主活动时间以及住院时间。结果:观察组术后肠道通气时间、下床自主活动时间、住院时间均显著低于对照组,观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组,HPOI各维度得分和同组干预前比较均有显著改善,且观察组改善幅度更大,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:结肠癌伴糖尿病患者接受基于活动性疼痛评估的个体化护理干预,能有效改善术后睡眠质量,提高疼痛控制效果,加快术后整体恢复进程。

Objective:To analyze the effect of individualized nursing intervention based on active pain assessment on postoperative sleep quality in patients with colon cancer and diabetes.Methods:Ninety-two patients with colon cancer and diabetes mellitus admitted to Fuzhou First Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(n=46)and control group(n=46)according to random number table method.Houston Pain Outcome Instrument(HPOI)was used to evaluate the pain control effect of the two groups,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes in sleep quality of the two groups before and after the intervention,and the intestinal ventilation time,autonomous activity time and hospital stay of the two groups were compared.Results:Postoperative intestinal ventilation time,autonomous activity time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,PSQI score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,scores of HPOI were significantly improved compared with those before intervention,and the improvement was greater in the observation group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized nursing intervention based on active pain assessment in patients with colon cancer and diabetes can effectively improve postoperative sleep quality,improve pain control and accelerate the overall recovery process.
