精细化管理在精神科护理中对患者睡眠质量、生命质量影响的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Fine Management on Sleep Quality and Life Quality of Patients in Psychiatric Nursing

目的:本研究主要讨论精细化管理运用于精神科护理过程中对患者睡眠质量以及生命质量的影响及效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年1月福建省厦门市仙岳医院精神科收治的精神疾病患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机分组的方法分成对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者开展常规护理模式,观察组患者开展精细化护理管理模式,比较2组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、生命质量和满意度。结果:观察组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数总分为(8.98±1.02)分,明显优于对照组患者的(12.02±1.00)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意率达到了83.33%,高于对照组的58.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在日常生命质量评分方面也显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精细化的管理模式运用于精神科护理过程中可以改善患者的睡眠品质,提高生命质量,提升其对于临床医护工作的满意率,值得推广应用。

Objective:This study mainly discusses the effects of fine management on patient sleep quality and life quality during psychiatric nursing.Methods:A total of 120 patients with mental disorders admitted to the Department of Psychiatry at Xiamen Xianyue Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group underwent routine nursing,while the observation group underwent fine management.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,quality of life,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:The total score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index patients in the observation group(8.98±1.02),which was significantly better than control group(12.02±1.00),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group reached 83.33%,which was significantly higher than the satisfaction rate of 58.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients in the observation group were also significantly better in terms of daily quality of life(QOL)score than patients in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of fine management mode in the process of psychiatric nursing can improve the sleep quality and quality of life,and enhance their satisfaction rate for clinical medical work,which is worthy of long-term promotion and application.
