分析临终关怀对晚期肺癌患者疼痛程度、生命质量及睡眠质量的影响

To Analyze the Effects of Hospice Nursing on Pain Degree,Quality of Lifeand Sleep Quality of Patients with Advanced Lung Cancer

目的:分析临终关怀对晚期肺癌患者疼痛程度、生命质量及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年8月至2022年6月福建省泉州市第一医院肿瘤内科收治的肺癌患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予临终关怀护理干预,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)比较2组患者干预前后的疼痛感受,采用36条简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)比较患者干预前后生命质量的变化,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化。结果:护理干预后,观察组VAS评分、PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,观察组SF-36评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对晚期肺癌患者实施临终关怀护理,既有利于减轻患者的疼痛程度,又可以改善其睡眠质量和生命质量,值得在临床上进一步推广和应用。

Objective:To analyze the effects of hospice nursing on pain degree,quality of life and sleep quality in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods:A total of 80 patients with lung cancer admitted to the Department of Oncology in Quanzhou First Hospital of Fujian Province from August 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given hospice nursing intervention.Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)was used to compare the pain perception of the two groups before and after the intervention.The Medical Outcomes Study Short-Form 36(SF-36)was used to compare the changes in patients′quality of life before and after the intervention.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality before and after the intervention.Results:After nursing intervention,VAS score and PSQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and SF-36 score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance between the two groups(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of hospice nursing for advanced lung cancer patients can not only reduce the pain degree of patients,but also improve their sleep quality and life quality,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
