分析人文关怀对艾滋病患者服药依从性及睡眠质量的影响

To Analyze the Influence of Humanistic Nursing on Medication Compliance and Sleep Quality of AIDS Patients

目的:分析人文关怀对艾滋病患者服药依从性及护理满意度的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年2月中国科学技术大学附属第一医院感染科收治的艾滋病患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50),对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予人文关怀护理干预。采用本院自制的艾滋病患者依从性调查表比较2组患者干预后依从性,采用健康调查简表(SF-36)比较2组患者干预前后的生命质量,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用本院自制的护理满意度调查表比较2组患者干预前后的护理满意度。结果:护理干预后,观察组患者治疗依从性显著高于对照组,观察组SF-36评分显著高于对照组,观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组,观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:人文关怀干预措施在AIDS患者中具有确切应用价值,可以提高患者的依从性和护理满意度,改善患者睡眠质量,值得临床推广。

Objective:To analyze the influence of humanistic nursing on medication compliance and nursing satisfaction of AIDS patients.Methods:A total of 100 AIDS patients admitted to the Infectious Disease Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given humanistic nursing intervention.The compliance questionnaire of AIDS patients made by our hospital was used to compare the compliance of patients in the two groups after intervention,the quality of life of patients in the two groups before and after intervention was compared by the MOS Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36),and the change of sleep quality of patients in the two groups before and after intervention was compared by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI).The nursing satisfaction questionnaire was used to compare the nursing satisfaction before and after the intervention.Results:After nursing intervention,the treatment compliance of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the SF-36 score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic nursing intervention has definite application value in AIDS patients,can improve patients′compliance and nursing satisfaction,improve patients′sleep quality,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
