掘进机截齿截割作业时的受力特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 掘进机在对深部岩层进行截割作业时会受到更为复杂的交变应力的作用,导致作用在掘进机截割机构上的应力和应变发生变化,进而带来截齿磨损加剧、截割作业效率降低等。利用有限元仿真分析的方法,对不同截割角、不同截割顺序情况下的掘进机截齿受力情况进行分析,结果表明,当掘进机的截割角度为60°、截割作业速度为1.9 m/s、截割深度为0.08 m、多齿模拟中截齿距离为75 mm时的截齿受力最小且截割稳定性最高。 Roadheaders are subject to more complex alternating stresses when cutting deep rock formations,which leads to changes in stresses and strains acting on the cutting mechanism of the roadheader,resulting in increased wear of the cuting teeth and reduced cutting efficiency.Using the method of finite element simulation analysis,the force on the cutter teeth of the roadheader was analysed under different cuting angles and cutting sequences,and the results showed that when the cutting angle of the roadheader was 60°,the cutting speed was 1.9 m/s,the cutting depth was 0.08 m,and the force on the cutter teeth was the smallest when the cutter tooth distance was 75 mm in the multi-tooth simulation,and the cutter cutting stability of the roadheader was the highest.
