摘要
对优化设计进行简要分析,并根据采煤机截割滚筒特征,构建截割滚筒仿真模型,并以此为基础,通过ANSYS软件对截割滚筒进行有限元仿真分析,之后将仿真结果导入到Matlab软件中进行统计分析,获取采煤机截割滚筒特征数据,进而通过Matlab软件实施采煤机截割滚筒优化设计,分别通过仿真分析和工程应用分析验证优化方案的有效性。
The optimisation design is briefly analysed,and according to the characteristics of the cutting drum of coal mining machine,the simulation model of the cutting drum is constructed,and based on this,the finite element simulation analysis of the cutting drum is carried out by ANSYS software,and the simulation results are imported into Matlab software for statistical analysis to obtain the characteristic data of the cutting drum of the coal mining machine,which is then used to implement the optimisation design of the cuting drum of coal mining machine through Matlab software,respectively through simulation analysis.The optimised design of the cutter drum is then implemented through Matlab software,and the effectiveness of the optimisation scheme is verified through simulation analysis and engineering application analysis respectively.
