摘要
针对掘进机外喷雾降尘装置在使用过程中存在的用水量大、降尘效率低的问题,以EBZ160型掘进机为研究对象,建立了外喷雾降尘模拟试验台,对影响喷雾降尘的供水压力、喷嘴雾化角、喷嘴射程等进行了验证分析,确定了不同喷雾降尘参数下的降尘率。根据实际应用表明,当喷雾降尘供水压力为1.5 MPa时具有最佳的喷雾降尘效果,此时喷雾耗水量降低11.4%,对全尘的降尘效率提高到了72.6%,对呼吸尘的降尘效率提升到了53.6%,极大地提升了井下喷雾降尘效果和经济性。
Aiming at the deficiencies of large water consumption and low dust reduction efficiency in the use of external spray dust reduction device of roadheader,a simulation test bench was set up to investigate the impact of water supply pressure on the dust reduction device of roadheader taking EBZ160 roadheader as an example.The external spray dust reduction simulation test bench was established,and the water supply pressure,nozzle atomisation angle,nozzle range,etc.,which affect the spray dust reduction,were verified and analysed to determine the dust reduction rate under different spray dust reduction parameters.According to the practical application,when the spray dust reduction water supply pressure is 1.5MPa,it has the best spray dust reduction efect,at this time,the spray water consumption is reduced by 11.4%,the dust reduction efficiency is increased to 72.6%for the whole dust,and 53.6%for the respiratory dust,which greatly improves the effect of underground spray dust reduction and the economy.
