摘要
为了解决采煤机在截割过程中振动冲击大、截割部故障率高、稳定性差的问题,在建立采煤机截割数学模型的基础上,利用ADAMS仿真分析软件建立了截割部仿真分析模型,对采煤机在不同截割状态下的截割振动特性进行了研究。根据研究结果,采煤机截割作业时在竖直方向上的振动加速度大于在水平方向上的振动加速度,冲击载荷的频率达到20.36 Hz时,壳体的质心位移达到了最大的15.1 mm,影响截割稳定性,为采煤机截割部的优化、抑制振动变形等提供了理论基础。
In order to solve the deficiencies of large vibration impact,high failure rate and poor stability of the cutting section of coal mining machine in the process of cuting,based on the establishment of the mathematical model of the cutting section of coal mining machine,the simulation and analysis model of the cutting section has been established by using ADAMS simulation and analysis sofware,and the cuting vibration characteristics of the cutting section of the coal mining machine have been investigated in different cutting states.According to the results,the vibration acceleration in the vertical direction during cutting operation of coal mining machine is larger than the vibration acceleration in the horizontal direction,and the displacement of the centre of mass of the shell reaches the maximum of 15.1 mm when the frequency of impact load reaches 20.36 Hz,which affects the stability of cutting and provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of the cutting section of coal mining machine and the suppression of vibration and deformation.
