摘要
基于气动热力学设计方法,介绍了一种乙烯离心压缩机组参数设计方案。在提出参数设计方案后,根据方案构建乙烯离心压缩机组关键部件有限元仿真模型,并以此实施有限元仿真分析,确认各关键部件性能,初步分析乙烯离心压缩机组参数设计方案可行性。将参数设计方案应用于工程实践,进一步检验参数设计方案的应用价值。
Based on the aerodynamic thermodynamic design method,a parametric design scheme for ethylene centrifugal compressor unit is introduced.After the parameter design scheme is proposed,a finite element simulation model of key components of ethylene centrifugal compressor is constructed according to the scheme,and finite element simulation analysis is carried out to confirm the performance of each key component,and the feasibility of the parameter design scheme of ethylene centrifugal compressor is preliminarily analysed.In addition,the parameter design scheme is applied to engineering practice to further test the application value of the parameter design scheme.
