摘要
为改善采面环境质量、降低粉尘浓度,提出一种采煤机机载降尘装置。该降尘装置通过喷雾方式减少、抑制采煤机割煤粉尘产生量及外溢量,喷雾水源为采煤机冷却水,在采煤机两个截割滚筒及机身均布置喷雾装置,将割煤粉尘控制在靠近煤壁位置并降尘。对喷雾降尘装置整体结构、喷嘴类型、现场布置以及供水管路布置等进行详细阐述。在山西某矿31503综采工作面现场应用后,采煤机司机位置全尘、呼吸性粉尘质量浓度分别降至116.5 mg/m^(3)、38.2 mg/m^(3),降幅分别为77.4%、61.3%,取得较为显著喷雾降尘效果。
In order to improve the environmental quality of the mining surface and reduce the dust concentration,an on-board dust reduction device is proposed for coal miners.The dust reduction device reduces and suppresses the amount of coal cutting dust generated by the coal miner and the amount of spillage by spraying,the spraying water source is the cooling water of the coal miner,and the spraying device is arranged in the two cutting drums and the body of the coal miner,so that the coal cutting dust can be controlled in the position close to the coal wall and the dust can be reduced.The overall structure,nozzle type,on-site arrangement and water supply piping arrangement of the spraying dust reduction are described in detail.In 31503 comprehensive mining face field application,coal miner driver position all dust,respiratory dust concentration were reduced to 116.5 mg/m^(3),38.2 mg/m^(3) reduction of 77.4%,61.3%,respectively,to achieve a more significant effect of spray dust reduction.
