摘要
通过对采煤机链轮结构及分体原因分析,对原牵引链轮进行全面设计改进,开发了一种整体式牵引链轮,有效地提高了采煤机链轮的使用寿命,提高了采煤机链轮质量的可靠性和稳定性,实践应用效果理想,安全经济效益显著。
By analysing the structure of the sprocket of the coal mining machine and the reason of separation,and improving the design of the original haul-off sprocket,an integral haul-off sprocket is developed,which effectively improves the service life of the sprocket of the coal mining machine,and improves the reliability and stability of the quality of the sprocket of the coal mining machine,and the effect of its application is ideal,and the safety and economic benefits are remarkable.
