火电厂汽轮机真空系统凝气设备运行优化分析

摘要 针对火电厂真空系统凝汽设备运行进行优化分析,最先针对凝汽设备的运行原理进行阐述,并就火电厂汽轮机真空系统凝汽设备故障原因进行分析,最终提出真空偏低检修、清除氧气、抽气器检查、合理布置安排管道、调节热力循环等优化措施,旨在提升火电厂汽轮机真空系统凝汽设备的运行效率。 Optimization analysis is carried out for the operation of vacuum system condensate equipment of thermal power plant,firstly,the operation principle of condensate equipment is elaborated,and the causes of faults of vacum system condensate equipment of turbine of thermal power plant are analysed,and ultimately,the optimization measures such as low vacuum overhauling,removal of oxygen,checking of the extractor,reasonable arrangement of arrangement of pipelines,and regulation of thermal cycle are proposed,aiming at improving the operation efficiency.
