摘要
为解决现有分选系统存在负荷大、产品品质不稳定、洗选成本高以及介质消耗量大等问题,通过增加FX610水力旋流器、FBS2400分选机实现煤泥回收,减低主选入料煤泥含量,达到改善重介旋流器、浮选系统运行状态,提升分选效率等目的。对粗煤泥系统优化改造后回收工艺流程及应用效果等进行分析,改造优化后选煤厂生产效率明显提升,运行成本及介质消耗等均有所降低,优化改造取得较好效果。
The proportion of fine slurry in the raw coal of coal preparation plant is increasing,which leads to the problems of high load,unstable product quality,high cost of washing and high media consumption in the existing sorting system.In order to solve the problems of the existing unit,the coarse coal slurry system is optimized and reformed,specifically by adding FX610 hydrocyclone and FBS separator to realize coal slurry recovery and reduce the content of slurry in the main separation feed to achieve the purpose of improving the operating status of heavy-duty cyclone and flotation system,and enhancing the efficiency of sorting.After the optimization and transformation of the coarse coal slurry system recovery process and the application of the effect of analysis,transformation and optimization of coal preparation plant production efficiency significantly improved,operating costs and media consumption have been reduced,optimization and transformation to achieve better results.
