巷道掘进设备监控系统研究

Research on Monitoring System of Roadway Boring Equipment

以山西某矿15215运输巷为研究对象,依据现场情况构建掘进设备监控系统,该监控系统通过各类传感器实现掘进机运行参数、环境参数监测,通过MCU实现数据处理、分析,并对监控系统整体结构、硬件及软件结构等进行详细分析。现场应用实践表明,该监控系统可在一定程度上提升掘进机运行可靠性及安全保障能力,为巷道快速掘进创造良好条件。

Taking 15215 transport roadway fast digging as the background of the project,the monitoring system of the tunneling equipment is constructed according to the site conditions,which realises the monitoring of the operating parameters and environmental parameters of the tunneling machine through various types of sensors,and realises the data processing and analyses through the MCU,and carries out a detailed analysis on the overall structure of the monitoring system,the hardware and the software structure,and so on.The actual practice of field application shows that the monitoring system can improve the operation reliability and safety guarantee ability of the roadheader to a certain extent,and create good conditions for rapid tunneling.
