摘要
为了解决矿用履带式钻机在工作中控制逻辑落后、反应速度慢、控制精度差的问题,提出了一种新的远程智能控制系统。以ZDY4500LFK型钻机为研究对象,对该控制系统结构、工作原理等进行了分析。根据实际应用表明,该远程智能化监控系统能够实现对钻机工作过程中的实时监测和故障分析,能够将调控反应速度提升77.4%,将调控精度提升62.6%,将运行故障降低83.3%,极大提升了履带式钻机的工作稳定性和可靠性。
In order to solve the deficiencies of backward control logic,slow reaction speed and poor control accuracy of mining crawler drilling rigs in work,a new remote intelligent control system is proposed,and the structure and working principle of the control system are analysed with the ZDY4500LFK drilling rigs as the research object.According to the practical application,the remote intelligent monitoring system can realise real-time monitoring and fault analysis during the working process of the drilling rig,which can improve the response speed of regulation and control by 77.4%,improve the precision of regulation and control by 62.6%,and reduce the operation fault by 83.3%,and greatly improve the stability and reliability of the crawler drilling rig.
