摘要
针对传统锚杆支护的落后现状,基于光纤光栅的优势及传感机理,研发出能够实现应力自监测的智能锚杆,并开发出配套的智能锚杆监测系统,能够实现线动态远程监测和超限预警、数据存储分析等功能。试验证明:系统适应性强、抗电磁干扰能力强、精度高、灵敏度高,技术优势及测试指标突出,预计年产值可达500万元以上,且可减少95%的顶板事故,有利于保障煤矿安全高效和连续生产,提高经济效益。
Aiming at the backward status quo of traditional anchor support,based on the advantages of optical fibre grating and sensing mechanism,we developed an intelligent anchor capable of stress self-monitoring,and developed a matching intelligent anchor monitoring system,which is capable of realizing the functions of dynamic remote monitoring of line and warning of exceeding the limit,data storage and analysis,etc.The system is adaptable and capable of resisting electromagnetic interference.The test proves that:the system has strong adaptability,strong anti-electromagnetic interference ability,high precision,high sensitivity,outstanding technical advantages and test indexes,and it is expected that the annual output value can reach more than 5 million,and it can reduce 95%of roof accidents,which is conducive to guaranteeing the safe,efficient and continuous production of coal mines,and improving the economic benefits.
