煤矿钢丝绳绞车控制装置设计研究

摘要 针对矿用钢丝绳绞车控制系统智能化程度低、控制精确性差的问题,提出了一种新的煤矿钢丝绞车控制装置。其以变频调速控制为核心,通过对钢丝绳绞车运行状态的实时监测,自动进行绞车运行状态控制,实现了对绞车运行的灵活调整。根据实际应用表明,新的控制装置能够将绞车控制反应速度提升89.4%,实现对绞车运行状态的智能化监测和预警,极大地提升了绞车运行的安全性。 Aiming at the shortcomings of low intelligence and poor control accuracy of mining wire rope winch control system,a new coal mine wire winch control device is proposed,which takes frequency conversion speed control as the core,and automatically carries out the winch operation state control through the real-time monitoring of the operation state of the wire rope winch,so as to realise the flexible adjustment of the operation of the winch.According to the practical application,the new control device,which can increase the reaction speed of winch control by 89.4%,realises the intlligent monitoring and warning of the winch operation status,and greatly improves the safety of winch operation.
