结合调度绞车的应用价值和现状,如何做好排绳问题的处理,成为当前很多煤矿企业需要考虑的问题。为此,分析了调度绞车设备的结构及应用现状,研究了当前排绳装置方案后提出曲柄滑块结构的新型排绳方案,讨论了调度绞车的升级方向,以期可以为其他煤矿的调度绞车应用提供理论经验。

Combined with the application value of the dispatching winch and the current situation,how to do a good job in dealing with the problem of rope discharge has become a problem that many coal mining enterprises need to consider.To this end,the structure and application of the dispatching winch equipment is analysed,and a new type of crank-slider structure is proposed after the current rope discharge device scheme is studied,and the upgrading direction of the dispatching winch is discussed,in order to provide theoretical experience for the application of the dispatching winch in other coal mines.
