摘要
为了解决井下巷道掘进效率低、安全性差的问题,提出了一种新的集钻孔、挖掘、锚护于一体的智能化钻孔凿岩设备。对该凿岩设备的整体结构布局、智能定位系统、升降液压回路控制系统等进行了研究。根据实际应用表明,该钻孔凿岩设备能够将掘进面作业人员数量降低36.7%、掘进效率提升40%,有效地提升了井下巷道掘进作业的效率和经济性。
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and poor safety of underground roadway boring,a new intelligent drilling and rock drlling equipment integrating drilling,excavation and anchor protection is proposed.The overall structural layout,intelligent positioning system,and lift hydraulic circuit control system of this rock drlling equipment are studied.According to the practical application,the driling equipment can reduce the number of operators in the face by 36.7%and increase the drilling efficiency by 40%,which effectively improves the efficiency and economy of the underground roadway drilling operation.
