摘要
为提高航空发动机数字电子控制系统可靠性,开展了数字电子控制器通道恢复技术研究。针对航空发动机电子控制器单个通道异常复位、供电异常导致通道间失步、运行不协调的情况,开展了数字电子控制器通道恢复技术研究。针对某涡扇发动机数字电子控制器,完成了通道恢复流程设计和恢复要素识别;半物理模拟试验结果表明通道恢复方法合理有效,具有较好的工程实用价值。
In order to improve the reliability of aero-engine digital electronic control system,a research on digital electronic controller channel recovery technology has been carried out.Aiming at the abnormal reset of a single channel of an aero-engine electronic controller and the abnormal power supply that leads to the out-of-step and uncoordinated operation between channels,the research on the channel recovery technology of digital electronic controller has been carried out.For a turbofan engine digital electronic controller,completed the channel recovery process design and recovery element identification;semi-physical simulation test results show that the channel recovery method proposed in this paper is reasonable and effective,with good engineering practical value.
