摘要 以山西某矿的一次采全高工作面为研究对象,主要阐述了该工作面采煤机的自动化技术的组成以及原理,其中包含了采煤机的自动控制技术的改进以及采煤机自动监测系统的设计等。并最终通过工程实际来验证自动化技术在采煤机中的应用效果,其结果表明,自动化技术实现了采煤机全自动化运行,既减少了一线作业人员的数量,又提高了工作面的生产效率,保障了井下的安全正常回采。 The primary mining face of a mine in Shanxi is taken as the research background,and the composition and principle of automation technology of the coal mining machine in the face are analyzed,which include the improvement of the automatic control technology of the coal mining machine and the design of the automatic monitoring system of the coal mining machine,and finally,the automation technology in the coal mining machine is verified through the engineering practice.And finally through the engineering practice to verify the application effect of automation technology in coal mining machine,the results show that the automation technology realizes the fully automated operation of the coal mining machine,which not only reduces the number of frontline operators,but also improves the production efficiency of the working face,and guarantees the safe and normal underground mining.
