采煤机与刮板输送机联动运行控制技术的应用研究

摘要 针对煤矿井下采煤机和刮板输送机运行匹配特性差,导致刮板输送机经常出现过载或者空载运行情况的问题,通过对刮板输送机运行负载状态的监测来实现对采煤机综采作业情况的动态调整。根据实际应用表明,新的控制系统能够实现井下综采作业过程中刮板输送机、采煤机的协同运行,将综采面作业人员数量降低了2人,将刮板输送机的运行效率提升了36.6%。 The poor matching characteristics of coal mining machine and scraper conveyor in underground coal mines lead to the shortcomings of scraper conveyor often overload or no-load operation.Through the monitoring of scraper conveyor operation load state to achieve the dynamic adjustment of the coal mining machine comprehensive mining operation,according to the actual application shows that the new control system can achieve the cooperative operation of scraper conveyor and coal mining machine in the process of underground comprehensive mining operation,reduce the number of operators in the comprehensive mining face by 2 people,and improve the operating efficiency of the scraper conveyor by 36.6%.
