复合顶板巷道快速掘进技术研究

摘要 为实现复合顶板巷道快速掘进、缓解矿井采掘接替紧张局面,以山西某矿7704运输巷为研究对象,从地质条件、掘进及支护工艺方面出发对制约巷道快速掘进因素进行分析。依据分析结果,提出采用柔性长锚杆代替顶板原有的锚杆+锚索支护方式,并对掘进工艺进行优化,给出巷道支护及快速掘进方案。经现场应用后,7704运输巷掘进月进尺平均达到389 m,综合掘进速度提升53.5%;巷道两帮、顶板最大变形量分别为24 mm、19 mm,围岩控制效果较为显著。 In order to achieve the rapid excavation of composite roof roadway and alleviate the tense situation of mining succession in the mine,7704 transport roadway is taken as the research object,and the factors restricting the rapid excavation of the roadway are analysed from the aspects of geological conditions,excavation and support technology.Based on the analysis results,it is proposed to use flexible long anchor instead of the original anchor+anchor cable support method of the roof plate,and optimise the digging process to give the roadway support and fast digging scheme.After the field application,the 7704 transport roadway digging footage reached 389 m on average and the comprehensive digging speed increased by 53.5%;the maximum deformation of the roadway roof plate and the two gangs were 24 mm and 19 mm,respectively,and the effect of peripheral rock control was relatively significant.
