摘要 31303综采工作面回采区域水文地质条件复杂且回采的13号煤层夹矸量较大,带式输送机运输的原煤在顶板淋水、喷雾降尘等影响下含水率较高,夹矸容易崩解软化,导致输送带上黏附煤泥量较大,引起带式输送机跑偏、撒煤、打滑等故障。结合现场条件,提出在31303综采工作面DSJ-140/250/3×450带式输送机机头及机尾分别安装液压清煤器、双向螺杆清煤器,实现输送带及滚筒上黏附煤泥清理,并对采用的清煤装置结构、清煤方式等进行分析,现场应用后清煤装置运行平稳、清煤效果良好,可在一定程度上提升带式输送机运行可靠性。该研究成果可为采区其余采面类似情况原煤运输工作高效开展提供经验借鉴。 31303 comprehensive mining face mining area complex hydrogeological conditions and mining No.13 coal seam inclusions larger gangue,belt conveyor transport of raw coal in the roof drenching,spraying dust and other impacts of high water content,the gangue is easy to disintegrate and soften,resulting in a larger amount of adherence to the coal slurry on the conveyor belt,resulting in the belt conveyor run-off,coal spreading,skidding and other faults.Combined with the site conditions,it is proposed to install hydraulic coal cleaner and two-way screw coal cleaner at the head and tail of 31303DSJ-140/250/3×450 belt conveyor respectively to clean the adhering coal slurry on the conveyor belt and drum,and analyse the structure and method of coal cleaning device adopted,which is applied in the field with smooth operation and good effect of coal clearing,and can improve the operation reliability of the belt conveyor to a certain extent.conveyor operation reliability to a certain extent.The research results provide experience for the rest of the mining face in the mining area to carry out efficient raw coal transport work under similar conditions.
