深部开采软岩巷道支护技术研究

摘要 为解决11302底抽巷在深部软岩条件下围岩变形量大、支护困难问题,在对巷道现采用的围岩支护措施存在问题及围岩变形特征分析基础上,提出采用以全锚索、全断面注浆、全断面喷浆为核心的围岩支护措施。根据11302底抽巷现场条件,对围岩支护方案进行设计;在11302底抽巷现场采用后,巷道顶板、底板及巷帮收敛量分别控制在110 mm、200 mm、190 mm以内,表明采用的支护方案可满足深部软岩巷道围岩支护需求,可为巷道内钻孔施工、掘进、运输等提供安全环境。 In order to solve the problem of large perimeter rock deformation and dficult support under deep soft rock conditions in 11302 Bottom Drawing Lane,based on the problems of the existing perimeter rock support measures and the characteristics analysis of the perimeter rock deformation,it is proposed to adopt the perimeter rock support measures centered on the full anchorage cable,full-section grouting,and full-section slurry spraying.According to the site conditions of 11302 botom pumping lane,the perimeter rock support program is designed;afer being used in 11302 botom pumping lane,the convergence of the top plate,botom plate and gangs of the roadway is controlled within 110 mm,200 mm and 190 mm respectively,which indicates that the support program can meet the perimeter rock support requirements of deep soft rock roadway,and provide a safe environment for the construction of driing holes,digging and transportation in the roadway.
