摘要
在“一带一路”倡议背景下,云南与缅甸合作开展职业教育,促进国际化合作交流、助力缅甸教育脱贫。开设缅甸语专业、招收缅甸留学生、跨出国门举办职业技能培训,联合本科大学合作办学、建立“缅甸鲁班工坊”,滇缅职业教育呈开放积极态势发展。但也存在合作质量有待提高、区域局限影响合作办学效率、合作形式单一等问题,中缅两国政府应加强合作对话,完善合作机制,共同打造中缅职教合作交流品牌,为中缅友谊作出贡献。
In the context of the"Belt and Road"initiative,Yunnan and Myanmar cooperate to carry out vocational education in order to promote international cooperation and exchanges,and help Myanmar's education poverty alleviation.By establishing Burmese language majors,recruiting students from Myanmar,holding vocational skills training abroad,cooperating with undergraduate universities in running schools,and establishing the"Myanmar Luban Workshop",Yunnan-Myanmar vocational education is developing in a positive trend of opening up.However,there are also problems such as the quality of cooperation to be improved,regional limitations affecting the efficiency of cooperation in running schools,and the single form of cooperation.The governments of China and Myanmar should strengthen cooperation dialogue,improve cooperation mechanisms,and jointly build a brand for Sino-Myanmar vocational education cooperation and exchange,contributing to the friendship between China and Myanmar.
