摘要
高职院校人才自主培养是高职教育的重要任务,人才培养质量关乎高职教育办学质量。根据长期教学实践及访谈调查发现,高职院校人才自主培养存在学生学习动力不足、教师引导力度不够、社会认可度不高等问题,应从发挥学生主体作用、优化教师队伍结构、创新校企合作模式等方面着手,提升高职院校人才自主培养质量。
The independent training of talents in vocational colleges is an important task of higher vocational education,and the quality of talent training is related to the quality of higher vocational education.According to the long-term teaching practice and interview survey,it has been found that the independent training of talents in vocational colleges has problems,such as insufficient learning motivation of students,insufficient guidance of teachers,and low social recognition.The quality of independent training of talents in vocational colleges should be improved by giving full play to the students'subjective initiative,optimizing the structure of the teacher team,and innovating the mode of school-enterprise cooperation.
