新文科建设下高校思政课立德树人:学情定准、目标定位、改革定法

新文科建设是高校思政课立德树人的学情基础,需要立体把握其使命目标、前瞻规避其主要风险、深刻领会其根本任务。高校思政课是落实立德树人的关键课程,教师应主动担负起引领文科教育的职责,突出政治铸魂、价值引领、文化滋养、实践导向,增强对中国特色哲学社会科学体系“自主性”构建、对新科技革命和产业革命发展“人文性”关照、对中国特色社会主义文化自信“牢固性”树立、对中国特色世界一流高等教育“示范性”建设的引领。高校思政课必须根据新文科建设使命目标和性质特点,有的放矢开展教学改革,从内容、队伍、技术、渠道等方面实现全融合创新。

The construction of new liberal arts is the practical foundation of ideological and political education in universities,which requires a three-dimensional grasp of its mission objectives,a profound understanding of its fundamental task,and a forward-looking avoidance of its main risks.As a key course to carry out moral education,the ideological and political course in universities should actively take on the responsibility of leading liberal arts education.We must highlight the four directions of politics,values,culture,and practice,strengthen the“autonomy”construction of the philosophy and social science system with Chinese characteristics,care for the“humanistic”development of the new technological revolution and industrial revolution,establish confidence in the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,and lead the“demonstration”construction of world-class higher education with Chinese characteristics.We must carry out targeted teaching reforms based on the mission objectives and characteristics of the new liberal arts construction,and achieve full integration and innovation in content,team,technology,channels,and other aspects.
