1997年直辖以来重庆市竞技体育改革与发展研究

Research on Reform and Development of the Competitive Sports of Chongqing Since 1997

运用文献资料、数理统计等方法探讨重庆市1997年直辖以来竞技体育改革与发展概况。研究认为,根据市情调整发展战略、改革训练及竞赛体制、加大专项经费投入、坚持场馆设施和人才队伍两手抓、建立多元化全运备战体系等是重庆直辖后竞技体育发展采取的主要措施。竞技实力总体较低,与直辖市地位不匹配;竞技水平提升较慢,与经济发展速度不协调等是当前存在的主要问题。为此提出,坚持竞技体育与群众体育同步发展;实现主城与区县竞技体育协调发展;加强高水平教练员队伍建设;着力解决运动员招生、选材与退役安置等问题以实现重庆竞技体育更好更快发展,助力体育强市建设。

Through using the method of literature review and mathematical,this paper makes analysis on the general situation of the reform and development of competitive sports in Chongqing since 1997.The result shows that adjusting development strategy,reforming training and competition system,increasing investment in funds,adhering to both facilities and talent team,and establishing a diversified system of preparation for the National Games were the main measures for development of competitive sports after being directly under the central government.The main problems are that the overall competitive strength is low,which does not match the status of the municipality directly under the central government,the slow promotion of the competitive level and the incongruity with the speed of economic development.In order to realize the better and faster development of Chongqing competitive sports,we should insist on the synchronous development of competitive sports and mass sports,realize the coordinated development of competitive sports between the main urban areas and counties,strengthen the construction of high-level coaches,and focus on solving the problems of enrollment,selection and retirement of athletes.
