东京周期世界顶尖吊环选手成套动作编排的研究

Research on the Complete Set of Movements of the World's Top Rings Players in Tokyo Olympic Cycle

通过对东京周期第47、48、49届三届体操世界锦标赛吊环决赛前8名运动员的成套动作进行研究并结合本周期男子竞技体操评分规则,分析世界顶尖吊环选手动作的编排特征。结果表明:(1)第1组别动作中后摆上成手倒立和悬垂后摆屈体前空翻两周成悬垂,使用率都是百分之百;力量动作和静止动作以及摆动至力量静止动作使用难度主要集中在D、E、F中难度中,后摆上成静止类动作是本周期的主流动作;直体后空翻360°旋下使用人数最多,在规则的导向作用下东京周期下法种类有所增加。(2)动作类型分布更加均衡,规则规定动作组别第2、3组的动作不能连续使用超过3个,使得吊环的动作编排更加的丰富,选择更加多样化。(3)D组难度使用数量最多,动作难度编排呈现出“两头小,中间大”的规律。(4)除下法动作外,3个组别的动作相对平均分布,成套编排中3:3:3模式数量最多,是本周期的主流编排模式。(5)优秀选手难度分差距不大,完成分的高低是夺金的关键所在,优美的动作质量和新颖的动作连接编排是获胜的重要因素。

Based on the research on the complete sets of movements of the top 8 athletes in the rings final of the 47th,48th and 49th Tokyo cycle Gymnastics World Championships,and combined with the scoring rules of men's Competitive Gymnastics in this cycle,this paper analyzes the arrangement characteristics of the movements of the world's top rings players.The results show that:(1)in the first group,the use rates of handstand with back swing and forward somersault with back swing and forward somersault with back swing and forward somersault are 100%;the use difficulties of strength action,static action and swing to strength static action are mainly concentrated in D,Eand F,and the static action with back swing is the mainstream action in this cycle;the use rate of 360°supination with straight back somersault is the highest Under the guidance of the rules,the types of Tokyo periodic law have increased.(2)The distribution of action types is more balanced,and the rules stipulate that the actions of the second and third groups of action groups cannot be used more than three times continuously,which makes the action arrangement of rings more abundant and the choice more diversified.(3)In group D,the number of difficulty is the most,and the arrangement of movement difficulty shows the rule of“small at both ends,big in the middle”.(4)In addition to the dismount movement,the movements of the three groups are relatively evenly distributed,and the 3:3:3 pattern is the most popular pattern in this cycle.(5)There is little difference in the difficulty score of the excellent players.The key to win the gold medal is the level of the completion score.The beautiful movement quality and the novel movement connection arrangement are the important factors to win.
