移动护理信息系统在心内科病区护理工作闭环中的应用

目的探讨移动护理信息系统在心内科病区护理工作闭环中的应用效果。方法选择2020年1月至12月未使用移动护理信息系统进行心内科病区护理工作闭环的100例患者与2021年1月至2022年3月本院心内科收治的采用基于移动护理信息系统的100例患者进行对比分析。比较使用前后护理不良事件(口服、静脉给药、操作、护理记录差错率),护理效率(病情观察及时率,医嘱执行及时率,检验标本及时送检率,护理级别巡视及时率),患者心血管不良事件发生率和护理工作满意度。结果移动护理信息系统使用后责任护士口服给药、静脉给药、操作差错率、护理记录差错率低于使用前(均P<0.05);责任护士生命体征收集及时率、医嘱执行及时率、护理文书书写及时率、护理级别巡视及时率高于使用前(均P<0.05);使用前后患者心血管不良事件总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但使用后再发心力衰竭、心绞痛加重发生率低于使用前(均P<0.05);使用后护士工作满意度高于使用前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论移动护理信息系统心内科病区护理工作闭环中,减少护理不良事件发生率,提高护理效率及护士工作满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of a mobile nursing information system on the closed-loop management of cardiology ward.Methods A total of 100 patients without a mobile nursing information system for the closed-loop management in a cardiology ward between January and December 2020 and another 100 patients with a mobile nursing information system for the closed-loop management between January 2021 and March 2022 were compared.They were compared in terms of the adverse events of nursing care(the error rate of oral and intravenous drug administration,operational error rate,and nursing records error rate);the nursing efficiency(timely rate of condition observation,timely rate of execution of medical orders,timely rate of test specimen submission,and timely rate of patrol at nursing level),and the incidence rate of cardiovascular adverse events and nurses'satisfaction.Results The rates of oral administration,intravenous administration,operation error and nursing record error of the responsible nurses after the use of the systerm were all significantly lower than those before(P<0.05).After the use of the systerm the timely rates of collecting vital signs,execution of medical orders,preparation of nursing documents,and submission for inspection were significantly higher than those before(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of cardiovascular adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05),but the incidence of recurrent heart failure and worsening of angina after the use of the systerm was significantly lower than that before(P<0.05).The job satisfaction of nurses after the use of the systerm was significantly higher than that before(P<0.05).Conclusion The closed-loop management based on a mobile nursing information system can reduce the incidence of nursing adverse event,improve nursing efficiency and job satisfaction of nurses,as well as reduce the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events.
