摘要
从传统的纸笔记录到移动应用程序的使用,自我优化数字化正在成为一种趋势。通过对“时间管理”“运动及身体管理”“休息、冥想”“习惯养成”四类自我优化类移动应用程序在应用商店中的推介文本展开话语分析后发现,兼具“企业家式自我”和“疗愈型自我”,在自我实现的同时保持平静且快乐是自我优化类移动应用程序鼓励和希冀的生活理念。在此目标引导下,应用程序所使然的专注在一定程度上成为具有共通性的技术优化路径。此外,自我优化类移动应用程序在行为提醒、鼓励书写的过程中融入社会期许和生活规范,以数据作为衡量标准对个人进行凝视和引导。自我优化类移动应用程序的相关话语成为社会叙事的缩影,折射、简化甚至限定了个人对自我优化的认知和想象。
From pen and paper to the Apps nowadays,self-optimization has been increasingly digitized.By analysing the texts of four types of self-optimization Apps:time management,exercise and body management,rest and meditation,and habit formation,the study finds that a combination of the entrepreneurial self and the therapeutic self,and the maintenance of peace and happiness while achieving self-realization is the philosophy desired by the Apps.Guided by this aim,Apps-assisted concentration becomes a common solution.In addition,the Apps integrates social expectations and norms in reminding users’behavior and encouraging them to interpret the data.Data works as a standard in evaluation and guidance.The discourse of self-optimization Apps has become the epitome of social narrative,reflecting and even simplifying individuals’cognition and imagination of self-optimization.
