摘要
通过2017-2021年第四轮学科评估数据、软科世界一流学科排名数据库、软科世界大学学术排名数据库等,对我国25所“双一流”高校材料科学与工程学科在相关可比领域的整体发展水平、成长提升度、可持续发展能力等进行综合考察。结果发现,学科整体发展水平显著超越历史同期,展现出中国高等教育强国建设的雄厚实力;学科成长进步程度和速度不一致,不同高校拥有各具特色的主体优势;中国特色高校治理体系和治理能力上优先性凸显,发展潜力巨大。立足中国式现代化,一流学科发展应优先满足国家战略需要,充分发挥新型举国体制优势,加强高校有组织科研,促进新知识生产模式与学科内外部逻辑的同构共生,深化科研生产力本土化改革。
Based on the fourth round of subject assessment data from 2017 to 2021,the Soft Science World First-class Subject Ranking Database and the Soft Science World University Academic Ranking Database,the o-verall development level,growth and promotion,and sustainable development ability of materials science and en-gineering disciplines in 25 universities in China are comprehensively investigated.The results show that the over-all development level of the discipline is significantly higher than the historical period,which shows the strong strength of China’s higher education construction.The degree and speed of discipline growth and progress are not consistent,and different colleges and universities have their own distinctive subject advantages.The govern-ance system and governance capacity of universities with Chinese characteristics are prominent priorities and have great potential for development.Based on the Chinese modernization,the development of first-class disciplines should give priority to meet the national strategic needs,promote the isomorphism of the new knowledge produc-tion mode and the internal and external logic of disciplines,and strengthen the localization reform of scientific re-search productivity.
