基于数据挖掘---味性化味的藏医治疗年壬(瘟疫)用药规律研究

Study on the medication rule of Tibetan medicine for treating plagues based on data mining and pharmacological theory

目的挖掘藏医治疗“年壬”(瘟疫)的用药规律。方法对藏医治疗“年壬”的824首方剂利用Apriori,Pos算法、TMIP_Ronuszhurjes_1.1等进行分析。结果824首方剂中涉及组方药材399味,使用频次≥50次的有34味,其中频次最高为麝香;药对关联分析发现,设置支持度≥10%,置信度≥60%时共有34对,其中穆库尔没药-麝香等关联最强;对含有高频高关联组方药物34首方剂进行偏序结构分析,发现五味麝香丸组方药物-穆库尔没药共有性最大,而穆库尔没药等组成的消热方剂特异性强,且这些方剂是以具有“苦甘辛-苦化味-凉钝糙重稀-赤巴”为主的药性组合模式。结论藏医防治“年壬”具有“对治年壬、消热”的治则,方剂配伍多以五味麝香丸为核心,麝香、穆库尔没药为主的卡擦配伍方法,以调节赤巴为核心的药性组合模式。

Objective To discover the rules of Tibetan medicine in the treatment of plagues.Methods The Apriori,Pos algorithm,TMIP,and Tibetan pharmacological theory were used to analyze the 824 prescriptions in Tibetan medical literatures for treating plagues.Results It was found that there are 824 formula and 399 material medica related to plagues were found,among which 34 herbs were used≥50 times,among which musk was the highest frequency in usage.The drug pair correlation analysis found that there were 34 pairs when the setting support was≥10%and the confidence was≥60%.Among them,Mokuer Moyao-musk had the strongest correlation.The partial order structure analysis of the 34 prescriptions containing high-frequency and high-correlation drugs showed that the Wuwei Musk pill medicine-Mokuer Moyao had the greatest commonality,while the antipyretic formulas composed of Mokuer Moyao which had strong specificity.These formulas were based on the combination mode of bitter,sweetness and bitter taste,and post-taste of bitter and qualities of coolness,dullness and heavy thinness,finally with bile disease.Conclusion Tibetan medicine has the function for preventing and treating“plagues”,which follows the principle of treating microorganism and eliminating fever.The prescription compatibility is mostly based on Wuwei Musk Pills,including the ingredient of Musk,Mokuer Moyao as the plus herbs,it is also regulating the bile disorder as the main targets of medication rule.
