丹参酮ⅡA治疗冠心病的机制研究进展

摘要 冠心病(coronary heart disease, CHD),又称冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病。是临床常见心血管疾病的一种,近年来,其病龄日趋年轻化。因其常见病因是冠状动脉粥样斑块附着于冠状动脉管壁促使血管狭窄或阻塞,造成心肌缺血和缺氧,引起心肌器质性病变,遂又称之为缺血性心脏病。本文概述中药丹参提取物丹参酮ⅡA治疗CHD的机制研究进展。 Coronary heart disease(CHD),is also known as coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.It is a common cardiovascular disease in clinic,and its onset age is getting younger in recent years.Because its common cause is that coronary atherosclerotic plaque is attached to the wall of coronary artery,which makes blood vessels narrow or even blocked,resulting in myocardial ischemia and hypoxia,and causing myocardial organic diseases,it is also called ischemic heart disease.This article summarizes the research progress in the mechanism of tanshinone ⅡA,an extract of Salvia miltiorrhiza,in the treatment of CHD.
