中药治疗湿疹的现代研究进展

摘要 目的系统综述湿疹动物模型构建方法、中药及复方治疗湿疹的药效、分子作用机制及临床研究,为中药治疗湿疹临床应用及深入分子机制研究提供参考。方法查阅1998~2022年国内外相关文献共68篇,进行分析归纳整理。结果湿疹是皮肤科常见病,患者多见皮肤红疹、瘙痒难耐,且疾病反复发作、缠绵难愈,严重影响生活质量,研究人员已构建经典湿疹动物模型用于药物作用机制研究,中药通过抑制炎症反应、调节免疫失衡、恢复表皮屏障功能、影响瘙痒感觉通路信号蛋白表达等方式产生治疗效果。结论中医药治疗湿疹用药经验丰富,不良反应少、治愈率高,具有开阔的应用前景。 Objective To provide references for clinical application and in-depth molecular mechanisms research of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in the treatments of eczema,we reviewed the methods of animal models construction of eczema,the efficacy,molecular mechanisms and clinical studies of TCM which would provide references for clinical application and in-depth molecular mechanisms research of TCM in the treatments of eczema.Methods A total of 68 home and abroad literatures from 1998 to 2022 were consulted and analyzed.Results Eczema is a common disease in dermatology.It is common in patients with skin rash and itching.It is recurrent and difficult to heal,which seriously affects the quality of life.TCM produces therapeutic effects by inhibiting inflammatory response,regulating immune imbalance,restoring epidermal barrier function and affecting the expression of signal proteins in pruritus sensory pathway.Conclusion There are rich experiences of TCM for the treatments of eczema,with less adverse effects and higher cure rate,which have broad application prospects.
