Research on Strengthening the Construction of Political Ecology in Police College

加强政治生态建设是公安院校坚持党的领导、提高人才培养质量的重要保证,是新形势下公安院校推进全面从严治党的必然要求,对促进公安院校各项事业健康发展具有重要意义。针对当前公安院校政治生态建设方面存在的公安系统政治大环境问题突出、领导干部腐败问题比较突出、师生思想认识还不够到位等问题,应立足自身特点,从持续净化政治生态,扎紧制度的笼子,加强廉洁文化建设三个方面着手,一体推进不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐,积极营造风清气正的政治生态和育人环境。

Strengthening the construction of political ecology is an important guarantee for police college to adhere to the leadership of the Party and improve the quality of talent cultivation.It is an inevitable requirement for police college to enhance comprehensive and strict governance of the Party in the new situation,and has significance to promote the healthy development in police college.In response to the prominent political environment issues in the public security system,corruption issues among leading cadres,and insufficient ideological awareness between teachers and students in the current construction of political ecology,police college should base on their own characteristics,continue to purify the political ecology,tighten the cage of the system,and strengthen the construction of a clean culture,so as to build the incorruptible idea of“not dare to corrupt,cannot corrupt,not want to corrupt”as a whole,and actively foster a clean political ecology and nurturing environment.
