我国数字经济产业园区发展情况及问题建议

Analysis of digital economy industrial parks in China and corresponding suggestions

数字经济产业园区是数字经济产业集聚发展的主要载体,建设数字经济产业园区是落实国家数字经济发展政策的重要抓手。近年来,我国数字经济产业园区政策体系初步构建,规模效应初显,企业集聚效应凸显。当前,数字经济产业园区高质量发展面临各地产业园区统筹规范性不足、区域间马太效应明显、规划建设前瞻性不足、数据融合应用障碍及安全风险等问题。建议强化数字经济产业园区顶层设计,支持产业园区开展数据融合应用探索,鼓励数字经济产业园区跨区域交流合作,多措并举推动数字经济产业园区高质量发展。

As the digital economy industrial park is the main carrier for digital economy industrial agglomeration,to build digital economy industrial parks is an effective means to implement the national digital economy development policy.In recent years,China has preliminarily established the policy system for digital economy industrial parks.The scale effect has begun to show,and the enterprise agglomeration effect has become prominent.At present,the high-quality development of digital economy industrial parks faces four major problems:insufficient overall standardization of industrial parks,obvious inter-regional Matthew effect,insufficient forward-looking planning,and data fusion applications and security risks.It is suggested to strengthen the top-level design of digital economy industrial parks,support industrial parks to carry out data fusion application exploration,encourage trans-regional exchanges and cooperation of digital economy industrial parks,and take multiple measures to promote high-quality development of digital economy industrial parks.
