浓缩生长因子在促进失神经皮瓣术后神经再生的应用前景

摘要 血小板浓缩物是自体血液的提取物。浓缩生长因子(CGF)作为自体血小板浓缩物的第三代产物,含有丰富的内源性生长因子并具有独特的纤维蛋白结构,已被广泛应用于烧伤创面修复、骨组织及颌面部组织修复等。通过总结失神经皮瓣术后神经再生的重要性及影响因素,浓缩生长因子的生物学特性及其在周围神经再生、血管再生和炎症、免疫中的作用,探讨CGF在失神经皮瓣修复创面术后神经再生的临床应用价值。 Concentrated growth factors(CGF),as the third generation autologous platelet concentrate,are rich in endogenous growth factors and unique fibrous structure,which has been widely applied in burn wounds repair,bone tissue repair and maxillofacial tissue repair.Reviewing the importance and influencing factors of nerve regeneration after the sensory nerveimplantation in denervated flaps,the biological characteristics of CGF as well as the roles in peripheral nerve regeneration,angiogenesis,inflammation and immunity,discuss the future prospect of clinical application values of CGF on nerve regeneration after the sensory nerveimplantation in denervated flaps.
