摘要
文章从用水效益、用水情况、种植结构和节水状况子系统选择7个指标构建评价体系,以农业用水效率评价等级为基准建立生态云模型,采用熵权法和X条件云发生器计算参评指标客观权重及其隶属度,经加权求和评价了2013—2020年辽宁省农业用水效率。结果表明:2013—2020年研究区农业用水效率呈波动上升趋势,评价等级从较低水平逐渐提升到中等水平,在2020年出现峰值;该变化趋势与实际情况基本相符,说明云模型能够客观反映区域用水效率发展趋势。
In this paper,seven indexes were selected from the sub-system of water use efficiency,water use,planting structure and water saving status to construct an evaluation system,and an ecological cloud model was established based on the evaluation level of agricultural water use efficiency.The objective weights and membership degrees of the participating indexes were calculated by entropy weight method and X-condition cloud generator,and the agricultural water use efficiency of Liaoning Province was evaluated by weighted summing from 2013 to 2020.The results showed that the agricultural water use efficiency in the study area showed an increasing trend from 2013 to 2020,and the evaluation level gradually increased from a low level to a medium level,with a peak in 2020.The change trend is basically consistent with the actual situation,indicating that the cloud model can objectively reflect the development trend of regional water use efficiency.
