轨道交通是出行的主要交通工具,轨道车站人流密集,是安防的重要场所。轨道交通工作人员工作主要有日常安防巡检以及异常事件处理。在日常安防巡检中,工作人员按照固定班次以及预定路线进行巡检;当时发生异常事件后时,调度中心紧急调度工作人员协调处理。当前存在工作人员分散,容易漏检重检测等情况,当出现应急事件时,无法快速调度,效率低。
