乳脂肪球膜仅存在于哺乳动物乳中,具有独特的生理结构和功能特性。作为母乳中众多营养成分之一,乳脂肪球膜对于婴幼儿的生长发育、大脑认知能力、肠道发育、降低肥胖的风险以及提高免疫力等方面具有重要的作用。研究母乳中乳脂肪球膜的功能特性和生理结构,可以使作为母乳替代物的婴幼儿配方奶粉更加母乳化,更加有利于婴幼儿的健康和发育。
Milk fat globular membrane is only present in mammalian milk and has unique physiological structure and functional characteristics.As one of the numerous nutritional components in breast milk,milk fat globular membrane plays an important role in the growth and development of infants,cognitive ability of the brain,intestinal development,reducing the risk of obesity,and improving immunity.Studying the functional characteristics and physiological structure of milk fat globule membranes in breast milk can make infant formula milk,as a substitute for breast milk,more emulsifiable and beneficial for the health and development of infants and young children.
