摘要
食品安全是食堂的生命线,关系到就餐者的饮食安全和营养健康。人群聚集在食堂用餐,一旦出现食品安全问题,引起食源性疾病,将直接危害人们的身体健康和生命安全。同时,食品营养搭配需要多元化,才能满足不同就餐者的需求。本文以食堂食品安全为切入点,分析了食堂食品安全与营养搭配的重要性,并分别从食堂食品安全与营养搭配两方面具体探讨了当前存在的问题与对策,为食堂食品管理提供参考借鉴。
Food safety is the lifeline of canteens,which is related to the dietary safety and nutritional health of diners.People gather in the canteen to eat.,once there is a food safety problem,cause food-borne diseases,will directly endanger people’s health and life safety.At the same time,food nutrition needs to be diversified to meet the needs of different diners.This article takes cafeteria food safety as the starting point,analyzes the importance of cafeteria food safety and nutritional matching,and specifically explores the current problems and countermeasures from two aspects of cafeteria food safety and nutritional matching,in order to provide reference for cafeteria food management.
