摘要
食品检验检测机构是国家“十四五”规划食品安全高质量发展战略的重要支持与保障。在“十四五”新时期下,如何更高效、高质量地完成抽检任务,完成检验资质能力认定、人员素质提升、机构建设与升级等工作,完善对市场食品的监管,保障餐桌上的安全,急需食品检验检测机构思考。本文围绕食品检验检测机构面临的挑战和能力建设,对新时期下食品检验检测机构完善和提升自身综合能力素质进行思考,希望能为食品检验机构能力建设提供一定的参考。
Food inspection and testing institutions are an important support and guarantee for the national“14th Five-Year Plan”food safety and high-quality development strategy.In the new period of the“14th Five-Year Plan”,how to complete the sampling task more efficiently and with high quality,complete the identification of inspection qualifications,personnel quality improvement,institutional construction and upgrading,improve the supervision of market food,and ensure the safety of the table,it is urgent for food inspection and testing institutions to think.This paper focuses on the challenges and capacity building faced by food inspection and testing institutions,and reflects on the improvement and enhancement of their comprehensive ability and quality in the new era,hoping to provide certain references for the capacity building of food inspection and testing institutions.
